How we invest our funds:

  • Equity Investments:We invest our equity in fundamentally driven opportunities across our core asset class of Industrial, Office, Land, Retail and Multi-Family Housing.  We place and size our investments according to our key criteria of fundamentals, asset class, market and risk adjusted returns.
  • Debt Financing: For short-term or bespoke opportunities, that traditional conventional lenders are unable to satisfy, we offer a variety of structures from Mezzanine Loans to Preferred Equity.  Our solutions can satisfy the needs of those acquiring, developing, leasing, refinancing, or recapitalizing assets.
  • Co-Investment & Syndications: We may act as a General Partner or Limited Partner in a variety of investments or syndications that are enhanced by our knowledge and strengths.

Investment Classes

Investments we Seek:

  • Value-add:We invest in assets where we can add value by rehabbing, remodeling, re-tenanting.  Combined with execution and improved management we are able to take assets new life.
  • Re-Positioning: When we see an opportunity to re-position an asset, we will deploy our resources and efforts to realize the maximum value.
  • Opportunistic: We invest in distressed assets facing financing, ownership, foreclosure issues.  We also back Development activities that meet our risk-adjusted return criteria.
